How We Ensure Accountability

We are committed to operating with transparency, strong ethical standards, and sound financial stewardship to ensure that every contribution achieves the greatest possible benefit. 

  • The Finance Committee Chair provides regular financial updates during Board of Directors meetings.
  • The Finance Committee and Board of Directors review and approve the annual operating budget and independently audited financial statements.
  • The Finance Committee is composed of professionals with expertise in the areas of investment, human resources, audit, budget, and information systems.
  • Financial reserved are maintained to cover six months of organizational operating costs.
