- The Finance Committee Chair provides regular financial updates during Board of Directors meetings.
- The Finance Committee and Board of Directors review and approve the annual operating budget and independently audited financial statements.
- The Finance Committee is composed of professionals with expertise in the areas of investment, human resources, audit, budget, and information systems.
- Financial reserved are maintained to cover six months of organizational operating costs.
